Carla Daley serves as Executive Director of EmPowerHer Enterprise.

Her leadership supports the organization's commitment to creating healing-centered, empowering, and purpose-driven opportunities for women and girls ages 16+.

Through intentional leadership, community collaboration, and a commitment to organizational integrity, she helps guide the mission of EmPowerHer Enterprise as it creates spaces where women can rebuild confidence, strengthen their voices, develop essential skills, and rise with purpose.
